Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for modification and enhancement. - Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and modularization techniques. - Familiarity with database design and optimization for high-performance applications. - Ability to work with agile development tools and participate in continuous integration and deployment processes. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve software defects efficiently. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best coding practices.
