Must have skills : Workday HCM Security Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Preferred to have workday related Certification for the Primary skill 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective application solutions. The workday is often filled with collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous refinement of applications to ensure they support operational goals efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system integrity. - Document application configurations and changes to support knowledge sharing and compliance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Experience in configuring security roles, permissions, and access controls within Workday HCM environments. - Strong understanding of application design principles and business process integration. - Ability to analyze complex security requirements and implement effective solutions. - Familiarity with Workday security frameworks and best practices. - Capability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure security compliance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday HCM Security. - This position is based at our Pune office. - Preferred to have workday related Certification for the Primary skill and 15 years full time education.
