This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective resolutions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of support activities. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Strong knowledge of data integration processes and ETL workflows. - Experience in diagnosing and resolving application performance issues. - Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes. - Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques. - Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to implement improvements.
