This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards. - Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes to enhance system performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and middleware technologies. - Experience with application configuration and customization within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely resolutions. - Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques. - Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment processes.
