1. Client Leadership & Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Finance leadership teams, shaping their finance transformation agenda Lead CFO-level conversations on: o Finance Operating Model redesign o Digital Finance and ERP transformation (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) o Data, analytics, and AI in finance Translate business strategy into finance-led value creation opportunities 2. Finance Transformation Delivery Own end-to-end finance reinvention programs, including: o Financial planning & analysis (FP&A) modernisation o Finance platform transformation (SAP, Oracle) o Intelligent Finance Operations, including integration of:  Advanced analytics and predictive insights  AI-driven automation (e.g., close, forecasting, anomaly detection)  Data governance and finance data models o GBS design and implementation 4. Account & Growth Leadership Identify and originate finance transformation opportunities across priority accounts Own pipeline development and conversion for Finance Reinvention offerings Shape and lead proposals, RFP responses, and deal structuring Contribute to account growth strategy and positioning of Finance as a key entry point 5.
