Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and integration techniques. - Experience with data modeling and database management within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application design and deployment. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective software solutions.
