This role requires taking ownership of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended requirements. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous collaboration to deliver high-quality software tailored to specific business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application configuration. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within utility management systems. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions tailored to client requirements. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management best practices in utility environments.
