The role requires working closely with team members to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The engineer focuses on meeting specific business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software components, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and performance. - Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience in developing and optimizing code for high-performance applications within SAP HANA environments. - Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to work with complex data models. - Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
