The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Throughout the day, the engineer applies modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Problem-solving and iterative enhancement of software features are key activities, alongside maintaining high standards of code quality and performance to meet evolving business demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet project requirements. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions using modern frameworks. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
