Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software components using SAP ABAP within HANA environments. - Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable solutions. - Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing ABAP code for high efficiency. - Experience in integrating SAP ABAP solutions with other enterprise systems and applications. - Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling relevant to SAP HANA. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
