The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously improving software performance and adapting solutions to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the software aligns with organizational goals and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS). - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise environments. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP Project System with other enterprise applications. - Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance to meet high standards of reliability and efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
