The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving software performance and functionality while adapting to dynamic project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong knowledge of sales and distribution processes within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to sales order processing, pricing, and billing. - Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Materials Management and Finance. - Skilled in analyzing business needs and translating them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
