This position reports to: Communications Manager __ Your role and responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Internal Communications Manager for the Drive Products division in ABB’s Motion Business Area, to location Helsinki. This role is responsible for building and executing a strategic internal communications plan that delivers on business goals and priority programs in line with global internal corporate strategy and guidelines. You will be in a key position to foster employee engagement and build a positive internal culture of Drive Products global team with 3,000+ employees. You will be mainly accountable for: Being accountable for developing and implementing the internal communications plan according to the division strategy and the ongoing business priorities Being a process owner for input collection, writing, editing, and approval process for all internal communications content such as articles/stories, interviews, scripts, videos, news and other initiatives Being a communications partner and advisor to support our internal stakeholders, including the division’s leadership and management teams. Collaborating with communications and marketing colleagues across organizations, functions and regions - to ensure full alignment between internal and external communication activities Defining quality and delivery target KPIs, monitoring ongoing progress to track the effectiveness of the implemented tactics and channels and to drive continuous improvement Ensuring compliance with Motion and Corporate directives and instructions related to internal communications Being an innovation leader for internal communication processes and channels Qualifications for the role Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Demonstrated track record in communication roles with 10+ years of experience in an international environment Self-driven performer and collaborative team member Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Confident in working with and coaching senior executives, experienced in change management communications Hands-on experience with MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud programs, AI-tools Experience and analytical competence with communication metrics, measurement and KPIs More about us ABB Drive Products serves the industries and infrastructure segments with world-class drives and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
