Job Title: Team Leader, Telesale Job Description The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.Responsible in achieving sales target through telesales team performance management and proper lead distribution Manage a team of telesales through coaching, lead distribution, performance management and strong leadership. Supports the management team in collecting data managing leads and providing insight Data Analysis in order to review and optimize telesales conversion rate and sales Achieve sales targets through strong leadership and maximizing team output Conducts interviews, manages agent probation, performance and continuously improves conversion rates. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and presents to relevant stakeholders.
