This position reports to: Product Manager __ Your Role and Responsibilities We are now looking for a Product Owner for Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) system that is spearheading sales process development at ABB’s IEC LV Motors Division. The role location is Helsinki or Vaasa, Finland, or Diegem, Belgium; locations where the team is already represented. The work model for this role is: #LI-hybrid. Some travelling is required; about twice a quarter. You will mainly be accountable for: Leading CPQ-system and sales process development. Innovating a state-of-the-art process that excites not only the customers and the sales, but also the colleagues developing it. Owning end-to-end delivery, including backlog prioritization, release coordination, and governance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product data, pricing, sales, R&D) to deliver extensively integrated and high-quality solutions. Leading and engaging a team of experts and external partners, ensuring strong performance, clear direction and motivation (approx. 7–8 reports + vendors). Contributing hands-on to service design, architecture, solution engineering and continuous improvement, driving innovation and practical, data-driven solutions to meet the increasingly higher expectations for simplicity, speed and extensiveness of the services. Ensuring high quality, reliability, and consistency across systems and processes, including strong operational excellence, and user support. Qualifications for the Role Proven experience in hands-on sales process development through CPQ. M.Sc. (preferably) or B.Sc. degree from a relevant field, such as industrial management, information management, software development, electrical engineering, etc. At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Fluent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience with any of the following would be considered as advantages: Service and concept designing within manufacturing industry, software development in the context of process development, product data architecture, modularization, project management, software development technologies and databases.
