Must have skills : SAP BTP Application Development Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs, assisting in the definition of detailed requirements, and contributing to the design of tailored applications that align with organizational processes. This role requires continuous engagement with various teams to ensure that the solutions developed effectively address the intended business challenges while maintaining alignment with overall project goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation within the software development lifecycle, fostering seamless integration and functionality across applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and integration techniques within SAP environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex enterprise settings. - Familiarity with development tools and frameworks relevant to SAP BTP, including SAP Cloud Application Programming Model and SAP Fiori.
