Job Description: Provide assistance/work instruction to Engineers to help resolve process issues - Make decisions about routine process problems to sustain production line Write non-conformance report to correct process problems related to material or process changes Able to support the qualification of materials and new packages Perform continuous process review and improvement. Demonstrate sense of urgency towards production needs and by providing timely response, accommodating flexible working hours to satisfy schedule or task needs. Provide disposition as line sustaining for quality and yield issues Requirements/Qualifications: College Graduate; preferably under the following technical courses: ECE, EE, Chemical Eng’g, Materials Science • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fields under the manufacturing-semiconductor industry. Professional background must include “hands-on” experience equipment operation and troublebleshooting. • Others: Excellent written and verbal communication, both with local and foreigners • High confidence in facing customers and/or foreign suppliers • Initiative to improve his/herself • Can perform evaluations and operate machine by his/herself Travel Time: 0% - 25% To all recruitment agencies: Microchip Technology Inc. does not accept unsolicited agency resumes.
