Role and Key Responsibilities: · Testing and Evaluation - Conduct tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of Equipment’s and systems · Problem Solving - Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions for repairs and maintenance · Project Management - Supervise the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and projects · Safety and Compliance - Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations. · Innovation - Explore new technologies and methods for electrical systems and provide energy saving · Communication and Collaboration - Communicating with clients, colleagues, and contractors to ensure departments success · Documentation - Prepare technical documentation and reports for project progress and maintenance · Technical Knowledge of DG, UPS, HVAC & PAC systems Key Skills and knowledge: · Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 4-7 years of experience in BPO or similar organization. · Client visits and Facility soft related activity like HK, R&M, Financial – Capex / Opex, Forecast, day to day activity. · Strong knowledge of electrical principles and circuits · Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills · Effective communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work in a team and manage site and electrical infrastructure · Understanding of safety standards and regulations Educational Qualification: Graduate Disclaimer: 'Neither Concentrix nor any authorized 3rd party who assist with our recruitment process, ever ask candidates for ‘recruitment’, ‘processing’ or any other kind of fees in exchange for offer letters from Concentrix.
