Ideal candidate will be located in Raleigh, North Carolina; however; will consider candidates in the Remote US. Your Impact: We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Program Manager who will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives and institutionalizing operational excellence. This highly visible position requires exceptional strategic foresight, the ability to navigate a matrixed global organization, and a proven track record of partnering with executive stakeholders to align program outcomes with Cisco’s long-term business objectives. You will architect data-driven workflows and leverage advanced analytics to accelerate revenue growth and operational maturity. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Program Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term objectives, driving cross-functional alignment to translate complex business strategies into high-impact, actionable roadmaps that influence enterprise-wide decision-making. Program Management: Lead high-visibility initiatives by developing comprehensive plans that proactively manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling and closing. Implement robust governance frameworks and milestones to ensure strict alignment with Cisco’s organizational priorities. Provide executive-level reporting, risk mitigation, and data-driven strategic recommendations to ensure seamless operational transitions and project success. Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement and operations efficiency by leveraging Generative AI tools, building advanced automation workflows via Power Automate, and developing Power BI dashboards for enhanced data insights. Architect and optimize complex, end-to-end Airtable solutions to streamline project delivery, automate reporting, and accelerate data-driven decision-making. Coordinate multiple projects/programs in parallel to meet organizational priorities. Plan, implement, and monitor programs throughout the program life cycle to support the strategic direction of the organization. Manage program schedule, scope, and resources, adjusting to new requirements and constraints over the program lifecycle. Plan and implement program governance structures in an organized and controlled fashion to ensure that decision making is occurring with the right people involved. Regular communication of program delivery results and reporting. Ongoing communications and change management supporting program objectives, adoption and maturity. Identification, monitoring, and control of program risk, issues and interdependencies between projects. Upskill, retrain, and develop the team as needed to address all the resource requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Strategic Program Management: Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic program management, with a proven track record of partnering with executive stakeholders to shape long-term objectives, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead high-visibility, end-to-end project lifecycles supported by robust governance, risk Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. Preferred Qualifications Education: BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in strategic program management within a global, matrixed technology environment. Technical Proficiency: Advanced level proficiency in AI tools, Airtable, Power Automate and Power BI. Why Cisco? Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
