Job Function: Non-Standard Job Sub Function: Non-Employee Job Category: Non-Standard All Job Posting Locations: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Job Description: We are searching for the best talent for Protégé – Commercial Quality. Purpose:The Protégé – Commercial Quality will support the Commercial Quality team in Malaysia, gaining hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality operations, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a structured learning opportunity to develop foundational knowledge in quality governance while contributing to activities that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the organisation. You will be responsible for:Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements Assisting with quality operations activities, including documentation management, record maintenance, and quality system administration Supporting preparation for internal and external quality audits, inspections, and compliance assessments Collecting, analysing, and reporting quality metrics to support management reviews and operational decision-making Participating in training programmes and workshops to build knowledge of quality procedures, compliance requirements, and industry best practices Assisting in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Contributing to Quality & Compliance projects and initiatives across Southeast Asia, gaining exposure to regional quality operations Qualifications / Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable and accredited university Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Strong academic achievement with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Second Upper Class Honours or equivalent) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Proactive learning mindset with a passion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement About Innovative MedicineOur expertise in Innovative Medicine is informed and inspired by patients, whose insights fuel our science-based advancements.
