Meet the Team Our Product Operations team prepares the supply chain for new product introductions. We focus on supporting the continuity of material supply and delivery, helping to prevent shortages between prototypes and early production. You will be part of a team developing Optical Products that transport data across datacenters, designed to extend AI model complexity and capability. You will work with hardware and software engineers, project managers, quality and test engineers, and commodity managers. Your Impact In this role, you will provide operational support to the Product Operations team, focusing on the execution of supply chain tasks to ensure material continuity. You will assist in the preparation of new product supply chains, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery between prototypes and early production. Your key responsibilities include: Assist in maintaining cost BOM integrity and performing routine risk analysis. Support the team by capturing data for supply chain strategy updates. Implement routine BOM risk analysis, identify potential material shortages, and track resolution steps for high-risk parts under the mentorship of senior team members. Support the preparation of the supply chain and help track ramp plans to ensure material supply and delivery continuity between prototype and early production. Assist in coordinating with suppliers to track performance and maintain collaborative working relationships. Support the analysis of hardware cost drivers; assist in identifying and detailing cost avoidance opportunities. Coordinate with global sourcing and technical teams to gather data for product cost and supply chain resiliency reviews. Assist in communicating hardware status updates to the business unit and operation teams. Collaborate with the supply chain project management community to support the implementation of process innovations. Minimum Qualifications Education: BA/BS degree in Supply Chain and/or Engineering. Experience: Up to 3 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, management engineering, or business analysis. Communication: Proficient in spoken and written English. Supply Chain Operations: understanding of BOM and material procurement, including planning and scheduling best practices. Manufacturing & Data Support: understanding of manufacturing support and supply chain process optimization, including data analysis for cost, lead time, and risk mitigation. Operational Familiarity: understanding of inventory control, cost-pricing tools, database systems Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, data analysis tools, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Self-Starter: You are dedicated to delivering on assigned tasks and possess excellent communication skills.
