Job Description角色与职责 Roles & Responsibility 1.Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan, track sales target completion, adjust sales strategies timely to achieve assigned revenue and market share goals. 2.Maintain long term stable cooperation with hospital clinical departments, equipment procurement offices and distribution partners, organize product demonstrations, clinical trial communication and technical exchange meetings of ultrasound systems. 3. Cooperate with application specialists and after sales engineers to deliver pre sale technical support and post sale customer follow up, resolve customer equipment usage problems and maintain customer satisfaction. 4. Complete regular sales report, market analysis document and customer file management as required by company internal management rules. Qualification/Requirements 1. Hold full time college diploma or above, major in clinical medicine, biomedical engineering, medical instrument marketing or other related medical fields is preferred. 2. Possess more than two years working experience in medical imaging equipment sales, with existing customer resources of hospital ultrasound department or medical distribution channels in Northeast China region. 3. Master basic professional knowledge of ultrasound diagnostic equipment, understand hospital medical equipment procurement process and tender bidding procedures. 4. Have independent business negotiation ability, can take regular business trips within the responsible region. 5. Skilled in written and oral English for daily business communication and document reading. 6. Abide by company compliance policies, with no bad record of sales compliance violation. Desired Characteristics 1. Strong market insight and active initiative in business development, able to take pressure from sales target assessment. 2. Good cross department communication and coordination ability, capable of cooperating with technical, marketing and after sales teams to deliver integrated customer solutions. 3. Patient and rigorous communication attitude, good at establishing trust relationships with clinical doctors and hospital management staff. 4. Strong learning ability to quickly master new ultrasound product technologies, clinical application advantages and industry policy changes. 5. High sense of responsibility and integrity, strictly follow company business ethics and regional market management rules.
