As a member of the Global Business Services division, you will play a vital role in improving patients' lives while working at Pfizer. What You Will Achieve Main role responsibilities, Develop, implement, and maintain waste segregation program at Buenos Aires plant. This program development and implementation will include: Perform audits at site to identify different waste streams generated in the different areas Develop and implement standards operative procedures and controls for different waste streams segregation, handling and transitory storage Classify and define waste fates according Pfizer standards and local legal requirements Identify, evaluate and implement waste reduction initiatives to reduce Waste score metric Identify and evaluate new waste treatments technologies and suppliers Evaluate site´s waste legal requirements compliance Engage with local Pfizer stakeholders by developing waste segregation and reduction awareness materials and initiatives.Role is 100% presential at the site Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) High School Diploma Active enrollment and completion of the second year in Environmental Engineering, Environmental science, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of environmental data analysis and reporting Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team Intermediate English language skills Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Experience working in an office setting, demonstrating a strong ability to adapt to various administrative tasks and environments ISO14001 standard knowledge Previous experience in similar roles Any environmental certification is a plus EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) & Employment Eligibility Pfizer is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, or disability.
