Key Responsibilities: Strictly follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Complete manufacturing processes flawlessly according to engineering specifications and standard operating procedures. Successfully implement quality control measures and report any safety hazards. Collaborate with team members to determine the most efficient production methods. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Requirements/Qualifications: Age 20-35 years old High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical training in manufacturing or engineering is a plus. Proven track record to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Outstanding physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong dedication to quality and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a diverse team.
