The Operator 1, Test Engineering - Product Development supports Development and Engineering fab and assembly resiliency testing activities by operating semiconductor equipment and performing hand‑testing and handler testing. This role ensures accurate execution of testing requirements while complying with established quality, safety, and operational standards. Educational Background: High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus. Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing, testing, or semiconductor environment is an advantage but not required. Additional computer or technical training is considered a plus Knowledge, skill and abilities: Additional computer or technical training is considered a plus. Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required. Major Duties & Responsibilities: Operate semiconductor machines in accordance with defined procedures and safety guidelines. Perform hand‑testing and handler‑based testing to support Development and Engineering Resiliency testing activities. Assist in testing, setup, characterization, and verification tasks as required by engineering teams. Accurately document test results, machine data, and activity logs. Follow quality and safety standards, and maintain cleanliness in the work area, and promptly report issues or abnormalities Coordinate and communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and other stakeholders. Support operations under shifting schedules based on business needs. Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to technicians or engineers as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training programs. Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to meet team's goals. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
