Job Description ◆職務概要 デジタル領域全般（Web・広告・SNS・アプリ等）を横断し、事業戦略・ブランド戦略と連動した統合コミュニケーション戦略を設計・推進します。 戦略策定（年間戦略・コミュニケーションプラン・KGI/KPI設計）から、制作・運用フェーズのディレクション、効果分析、改善提案までを一気通貫でリードします。 ◆具体的な仕事内容 ・クライアント事業戦略ブランド戦略と連動した、統合コミュニケーション戦略の策定 ・デジタル（広告・Web・SNS・アプリ等）を活用した年間戦略・コミュニケーションプランの策定 ・SNS活用方針の策定、運用全体設計（アカウントの役割・ペルソナ/パーソナリティ・トーン＆マナー等） ・KGI/KPI設計、計測設計、運用データの定量・定性分析、インサイト抽出、改善提案 ・実行部分のディレクション（コンテンツ/クリエイティブ、SNS・動画・サイト等の監修、制作・運用チームのリード） ・進行管理（スコープ/品質/スケジュール）、関係各所（クライアント複数部署・社内外パートナー）との合意形成 ※デジタル主軸ですが、リアル／マス／イベント等との連動提案・実行を行う場合があります。 ◆必要要件 ・広告代理店・制作会社・マーケティング支援会社等における、コミュニケーション戦略設計およびデジタルメディアプラン策定の経験（目安：3年以上） ・Web・SNSにおけるプランニング・制作・運用経験 ・プランニングから品質担保のための指揮・監修まで関与した経験 ◆歓迎要件 ・複数業種のクライアント支援経験 ・大規模案件の戦略策定～推進経験 ・アプリ開発・運用経験 Japan_Opsanddelivery About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
