Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Must have skills : SAP Security Good to have skills : NA Educational Qualification : Min 15 years of full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires continuous collaboration with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in refining software architecture and improving system performance, adapting to evolving business requirements through iterative development cycles and agile methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security. - Experience with user access management and role-based access control within enterprise environments. - Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and security policies. - Ability to analyze and resolve security-related issues in SAP landscapes. - Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
