You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to enhance system performance and scalability. Problem-solving and adapting to new challenges are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the delivery of robust and efficient software products that support organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM). - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management best practices. - Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software solutions. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
