This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing development standards and maintaining high-quality code that meets scalability and performance requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, ensuring that solutions are robust and effectively support organizational objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance software development processes and team productivity. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical challenges or risks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development. - Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability. - Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that align with business objectives. - Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions and their deployment in enterprise environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and reliable software solutions.
