This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands setting and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration and leadership are central to the role, as it involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve cohesive and effective software outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align technical efforts with business objectives. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM). - Experience with data governance and master data management principles related to Oracle EDM. - Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns applicable to custom software solutions. - Ability to lead and influence technical teams in adopting best practices for code quality, scalability, and performance. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle EDM with other enterprise systems.
