Job Description R406449Key Responsibilities1. Drive Pharmacist Engagement through CSO ProgramsLead the design, execution, and optimization of CSO programs to strengthen pharmacist engagement and retail customer connectivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective program implementation and measurable business impact. Monitor program performance and generate insights to continuously improve engagement quality and customer experience. Establish best practices and governance mechanisms to support sustainable pharmacist engagement. 2. Lead Retail Platform Excellence & OperationsOwn retail platform operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure platform reliability, user adoption, data quality, and operational compliance. Partner with business stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities and translate business needs into platform solutions. Drive digital enablement and operational efficiency through effective platform governance and performance monitoring. 3. Build Organizational Capability & Compliance ExcellenceDevelop and implement capability-building programs aligned with retail business priorities and future talent requirements. Lead onboarding, training, learning pathways, and capability development initiatives across the Retail organization. Ensure compliance requirements, company policies, and operational standards are consistently understood and executed. Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence. 4. Deliver High-Impact Communication & EventsLead planning and execution of key retail communications, town halls, cycle meetings, all-hands meetings, and strategic events. Translate business priorities into compelling communication plans that drive alignment, engagement, and execution. Coordinate stakeholders across functions to ensure seamless event delivery and effective message cascade. Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve employee engagement outcomes. QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree or above. Experience3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Capability Development, Project Management, Business Operations, or related functions. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, FMCG, or consultative environments preferred. Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder management. Core CompetenciesStrong project and program management skills. Excellent communication and influencing capabilities. Capability building and learning program design experience. Digital platform operation and process optimization mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of compliance awareness and execution discipline.
