This position reports to: Sales Manager __ Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: onsite You will be mainly accountable for: Responsible for the related business of ABB process automation in Shanghai or Hangzhou or Wuxi, and completed the sales targets assigned by the company. Focus on tracking key industrial projects and key customers in the region (chemical,pharmacy, food & beverage, and municipal water, etc.). Develop and support sales channels in responsible areas. Provide sales and technical support for regional distributors, and cooperate with sales activities of agent distributors. Strive to develop end users, actively promote the market, and maintain the cooperative relationship with key customers (end customers, channel providers, engineering companies, design institutes). Have a clear understanding of competitors' market activities, product sales prices, market share and other information in the region they are responsible for You will join a dynamic, talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Automation or other science and engineering major, bachelor’s degree or above. More than 5 years of work experience in related fields, including no less than 5 years of sales experience, familiar with the market situation. Good English reading and writing skills, English level 4 or above. Responsible, enterprising and professional. Good execution, communication skills and team spirit. Good pressure resistance can adapt to high-intensity work. Willing to to frequent travel.
