The PositionWorkforce Optimization (WFO) provides expertise at global level with the ambition of elevating the way leaders shape Roche’s workforce. In partnership with P&C and cross-functional experts, they further evolve a framework on how to partner with the external workforce, provide insights regarding total workforce (workforce including external partners), and data-driven, skill-based workforce solutions. These frameworks/solutions enable us to partner with the business in defining integrated workforce strategies and to unlock the strategic potential of our total workforce (TW). Shaping new practices/products to navigate the evolving business landscape and to proactively shape Roche’s workforce to be future ready, working with new technologies and cross-functional partners offers great learning opportunities. The Opportunity: As an External Workforce (EW) Product & Insights Analyst, you support Roche’s cross-functional EW Framework with regards to efficient & compliant processes, and enable TW insights by data quality, data analysis and regular reporting at a global level. Contribute to the data accuracy of EW data e.g. by supporting month-end closing procedures, by regular operational data audits, as well as driving data enhancement processes Prepare workforce reports reconciling data from our Finance & P&C systems in order to provide transparency of our EW across Roche and gather relevant insights Support regular reporting on EW for Senior Leadership and/or global audit data requests Support initiatives - in the field of TW Insights - to enrich EW across Roche, drive automation and efficient WFO operations and support EW data and insights requests Partner closely with EW Framework & Enablement team as well as Product & Insights Partners to ensure a good understanding of the data (& processes) requirements and translate them into EW data products Support the regular communications to PSS regarding EW initiatives/updates of relevance to Roche Responsible Persons (=RRPs, persons responsible for managing external partners) - in close collaboration with the EW team Keep track on feedback, challenges and requests of RRPs (via PSS) regarding data entry process & beyond, and loop this back into EW related product evolution Support the design and offering of training for RRPs, regarding their responsibilities, the external partner lifecycle and usage of EW infrastructure Who you are: 3-4 years of work experience in matrixed, global and data related settings, preferably within People & Culture Communication skills, incl. know how to communicate data and how to use technology, ideally experience in designing learning journeys Fluency in English Data-driven mind with expertise in data analysis, analytics and interpretation, with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; and know how to apply AI, algorithms/libraries Analytical & technical skills, leveraging data & translating them into action and can address complex problems via data-driven solutions Flexibility to adapt to different needs and navigate ambiguity in complex environments In exchange we provide you with: Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
