Job Function: Career Programs Job Sub Function: Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op Job Category: Career Program All Job Posting Locations: Beijing, China Job Description: Sector: GA&P Position title: Intern Address: Beijing Job description: Participate in the daily work of the Government Affairs Department, including collecting, organizing and analyzing various policies, reforms, regulations, strategies, industry policies, and government developments related to the healthcare sector. Own or assist with the implementation of various projects; coordinate project timelines promptly and efficiently and manage internal and external communications. Support various events and receptions for external and internal stakeholders, including preparing agenda, interpretation, logistic supports, etc. Prepare meeting minutes and materials, organize other documents, perform translations, and create slides/presentations. Job requirements: Current master’s or doctoral student; majors in political science, law, management, data analysis, public health, languages, or related fields are preferred. Steady and careful in handling tasks, with a strong sense of responsibility. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good written-material preparation skills, excellent logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and execution. Strong learning ability and adaptability to the fast-paced style of the healthcare industry. Preferred (meeting one or more of the following): Excellent writing and analytical skills, able to prepare various official documents and materials. High political awareness; familiarity with government organizational structures, procedures, official government documents, communication, and working practices. Experience in project management or government affairs internships, or prior internship/work experience in government agencies.
