Job Function: Project/Program Management Group Job Sub Function: Project/Program Management Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Shanghai, China Job Description: Job Description Acts as the enterprise PMO lead for complex, cross-functional initiatives, leading critical strategic and transformation programs for MedTech China. Serve as a distinguished expert individual contributor and thought leader. Operates with end-to-end ownership in highly complex and ambiguous problem spaces, driving alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes that materially impact long-term business performance, operating model, and competitive positioning. Exercise independent judgment and enterprise-level influence in environments defined by high decision complexity, enterprise risk, and strategic impact, through direct input into senior leadership. This role reports to Head of CDBT Job responsibilities Lead MedTech China OD & Change Management initiatives by designing and optimizing the operating structures, governance, and ways of working, to enable the implementation of China 2030 organizational priorities Serve as a primary Business & Function leadership interface, influencing decision-making in high-complexity, high-risk environments, through rigorous insight generation and data analytics. Design and drive change and adoption strategies to ensure transformation outcomes are embedded and sustained. Balance strategic ambition with organizational feasibility and execution realism. Establish project governance, milestones, measurement and tracking mechanisms to ensure disciplined execution and timely delivery. Apply advanced methodologies, tools, and techniques to manage project scope, interdependencies, quality, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk across critical initiatives, ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery outcomes. Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and leadership Bachelor degree and above with Corporate Strategy & PMO experience in MedTech or related industry. MBA or top consulting firm background is a plus.
