Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience: B. Tech with 3+ years of relevant experience or Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Ensure effective maintenance and upkeep of plant infrastructure and building facilities in compliance with cGMP requirements and established quality standards. Perform facility maintenance activities and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Execute civil and facility-related projects, ensuring timely completion within approved schedules. Support planning, execution, and monitoring of construction and infrastructure development projects. Review facility layouts, engineering designs, construction drawings, and technical documentation for compliance and accuracy. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, work permit systems, and safe work practices during all maintenance and project activities. Apply knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and statutory requirements in facility operations and projects. Supervise contractors and construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution. Manage and maintain interior facility works, including office furniture, vinyl wall cladding, glass partitions, sliding doors, and façade/elevation glazing systems. Coordinate and allocate work scopes to contractors and service providers while monitoring performance and deliverables. Maintain and update facility layout drawings, as-built drawings, and engineering records as required. Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements related to facility maintenance and engineering operations. Demonstrate understanding of cleanroom systems, environmental requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments to support operational and project requirements. Provide support during facility walkthroughs, internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections. Manage issuance, maintenance, and retrieval of engineering and facility logbooks and records. Prepare and verify civil work measurements, quantity calculations, and contractor billing documentation. Review measurements and cost calculations for painting, epoxy flooring, and related facility maintenance activities for billing and project control purposes. Ensure availability of facility maintenance tools, consumables, and materials required for uninterrupted operations. Exhibit strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
