We are now recruiting for a HR Coordinator (Hybrid) for an 18-month fixed term role in our Dublin Office. JOB PURPOSE The HR Coordinator will support the HR team by providing comprehensive support across the HR function, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of people processes. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, contributes to the coordination and delivery of HR projects, and assists with payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience across the organisation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Contracts & documentation Draft employment contracts, amendments and HR letters (offer, probation, salary changes, etc) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation Payroll & Reporting Support monthly payroll processing (data inputs, changes, validating information, etc) Liaise with the HR Manager & payroll team to resolve employee payroll queries Maintain accurate HR data in workday Prepare regular HR reports (absence, headcount, mandatory training, etc) Support with ad hoc reporting requests HR Administration Manage general HR queries and provide first-line support to employees & managers Maintain HR workday inbox & support with employee queries General support Work closely with the HR manager on day-to-day operational priorities Support the HR team with annual HR processes & projects (T&A system testing, Performance reviews, etc) Other adhoc duties as requested by management Experience Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a HR coordinator or equivalent role Experience drafting contracts, employment letters, and HR documentation to a high standard Payroll support experience, including data input, validations, and query resolution Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when handling sensitive data Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Good knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices Experience working with HR systems (Workday is highly desirable) and maintaining accurate employee records Education, Licenses & Certificates ​HR/Business degree; CIPD qualification (or working towards) highly desirable What we offer: 22 days annual leave 4 Company Days Defined Contribution Pension Onsite gym VHI Health Insurance Life & Disability Insurance Health & Wellbeing Initiatives – onsite massage therapist, gym membership, wellbeing seminars, bike to work scheme, etc Flexible start & Finish times Hybrid working Location: Dublin, Ireland (Dockline, Mayor Street, IFSC, Dublin 1) Reporting to: HR Manager Diversity, Inclusion & Sustainability Sandvik has a developed belief in conducting our business in a sustainable and responsible manner, both for our employees and the environment; wherever in the world we operate.
