A Day in the LifeThe jobholder will be primarily responsible for selling the full range of products in assigned accounts or regions in a professional manner to hospitals and related healthcare professionals. He/she will build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and expanding the market and penetration, leading through value selling. He / she will cooperate and coordinate activities with the team in the territory to maximize the Surgical innovation business opportunities. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, product developments, customer profile and market. Maintain up-to-date accurate customer records. Make professional sales calls on key personnel in targeted hospitals. Follow reporting systems as laid down by the company. Monitor and report relevant competitive product or customer information to his/her manager. Maintain good working relationships with all decision makers relevant to product groups in hospitals on territory. Follow all internal processes and polices and external legal requirements with attention to FCPA. Set up proper business/marketing strategies with maximum profitability, to ensure proper spending and samples control and effectiveness. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree Up to 2 years' experience in sales position Ability to build and maintain strong business relationship.
