Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning staffing, work procedures and assignments. Review operations and confer with supervisor to resolve production or processing problems. Provide information to production operators, to adjust for changes in manufacturing conditions. Responsible for performance related to the manufacturing and ensure that all setups are designed and ready for production and that all manufacturing processes are functioning and available for production according to the schedule. Promotes and maintains a safe working environment by actively participating in and encouraging employee involvement in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) topics and other company-sponsored safety programs, while demonstrating leadership and commitment to the HSE by fostering a culture that supports their intended outcomes and directing and supporting employees to contribute effectively to these management systemsWorks with a sense of urgency that enables production schedules; without jeopardizing the health and safety of the general workforce and/or the quality and accuracy of production and without violating established work standards and ISO requirements. Motivating to employees. Ensures training is provided for effective performance. Adheres to Company policies and procedures. Participate and update information of Daily Tier meetings at production floor. Provide accurate and up-to-date reporting about KPI’s related to production areas. Participate in resolving problems or concerns that arise during the manufacturing process. Maintains a clean and safe work area. Wears required Personal Protective Equipment. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures. Engages in practice a safe working environment for the operators by actively participating in Safety, Ergonomics and Environmental (SEE) programs. Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals. Participates in Kaizen events to improve the methods of manufacturing, workflow, and quality of production. Qualifications: Industrial Engineering Bachelor’s degree or similar. 2 to 3 years of manufacturing management experience in regulated industry such as medical device and/or healthcare products manufacturing in an engineering and production/assembly environment. 3 to 5 years Leadership and Molding proven experience. Experience in a metric driven culture specific experience in LEAN principles (Plus). Accurate and attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute projects/ task while balancing multiple projects and adhering to strict deadlines. Proficiency in the use of PC and programs, particularly Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, (oral and written).
