Job Description SummaryThe DACH LCT General Manager reports to the Europe President and is responsible for driving commercial accountability within the designated LCT. This leadership role involves setting and executing the local "go-to-market" strategy in alignment with the overall commercial strategy of the Zone, while contributing to enterprise-level outcomes across Europe. The DACH General Manager fosters a "One GE HealthCare" culture both internally and externally, ensuring consistent branding, aligned prioritization across business segments, and a seamless GEHC experience for clients. Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Accountable for overall Franchise performance within the LCT, including planning and execution of the local Go-To-Market strategy, maintaining strong relationships with key customers, and directly leading the most critical and strategic deals in alignment with Zone priorities. Owns the Zone P&L across all business lines, with full accountability for delivering targets on orders, revenue, margin, cash flow, and past dues, while ensuring strong market visibility, disciplined cost control, and accurate forecasting across the entire GE HealthCare Services and Equipment portfolio. Improve business performance and customer satisfaction by developing both direct and indirect distribution channels and continuously adapting go to market strategy as customer needs evolve. Achieve business objectives by fostering strong customer relationships with key Accounts and C-Suites in the LCT, promoting a consistent and unified GE HealthCare value proposition. Drive the adoption and execution of the GE HealthCare Heartbeat across the LCT, ensuring clear prioritization, transparency, and disciplined follow-up on key initiatives. Represent GE HealthCare externally, communicating on behalf of the company and implementing best practices in the LCT. Acquire where necessary and maintain a good working knowledge of GE product portfolio’s and solutions. Promote teamwork among Commercial, Product, Service, Operating and Functional teams, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment towards shared enterprise priorities. Lead and inspire the team to find creative solutions, providing coaching and guidance to foster professional development and. accountability for results. Nurture and develop Talents at LCT level, favouring a cross-pollination approach and supporting broader European talent mobility where relevant. Lead and role model a culture of continuous improvement and simplification, challenging complexity and embedding accountability, speed, and outcome-based execution in everyday ways of working. Embrace and embed the Culture Operating Principles as part of everyday leadership. Ensure knowledge and compliance of integrity and company policies across all channels. Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures. Required Experience: BA/BS degree, with extensive experience in a Commercial Leadership role, demonstrating a track record of driving business results in a cross-country environment Strong business acumen and experience in leading a Profit and Loss (P&L) portfolio, managing financial performance at national/international level. Experience engaging with customers, driving growth, and closing large, complex, strategic deals. Ability to engage with and deliver GE HealthCare value proposition to senior level stakeholders within account and/or prospect organizations. Experience in Channel Partner management for indirect business Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams, both directly and indirectly, to deliver customer-centric solutions. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving challenges collaboratively. Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution, coupled with a solutions-oriented mindset. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate programs effectively. Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals.
