Job Description Associate Director – Investor Relations Associate Director, Investor Relations will be a key member of the Investor Relations (IR) team, collaborating with colleagues on the development and execution of the global investor relations program. The IR team serves as the interface between our company's and the investment community, working with senior management in communicating our company's key messages in a consistent, credible and strategic manner while monitoring and presenting the view of the investment community regarding the company’s performance. This individual will contribute to the development of investor-facing materials and messages and help ensure that investors and sell-side analysts have a clear and accurate understanding of the Company’s strategy, performance, pipeline, and long-term value proposition. This will include supporting presentations and analyses during quarterly earnings, investor conferences, medical meetings and other investor engagements. The role requires strong organizational discipline, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The position supports time-sensitive, high-visibility IR workstreams and works closely with colleagues across the Company. A successful candidate will bring strong financial and business acumen as well as an aptitude for science and a curiosity about the research pipeline of our company's and peers. The candidate will be detail-oriented, able to prioritize effectively, anticipate needs, and drive tasks to completion while contributing positively to an established team-oriented culture of collaboration. The role operates in a deadline-driven setting with competing priorities, often with limited lead time and evolving inputs. During peak periods (e.g., earnings cycles, major medical meetings and scientific congresses, broker conferences, and business development transactions), the role requires extended work hours and responsiveness outside standard business hours, consistent with IR best practices. Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: · Collaborate with the IR team to help ensure investors and analysts have an accurate depiction of the company by contributing to the development and communication of our company's messages about strategy, performance and outlook through written materials, with the expectation that the candidate will build toward participating in virtual and live investor engagements over time. This includes addressing questions from investors and analysts in a professional and compliant manner. · Work with the IR team in collaboration with others in the organization to: o Support preparation of key messages, Q&A, slide decks, and related materials for quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, medical meetings, and other investor engagements. o Develop appropriate strategies for analyst discussions in preparation for and in reaction to earnings releases and other significant events. o Understand potential changes to budgets and forecasts and proactively assess potential impact from an IR perspective. o Perform ad hoc analyses to ensure an understanding of key metrics and drivers for the Company and how these compare to sell-side and buy-side perceptions. Oversee and critically review the detailed analyst consensus model, including full P&L and product-level revenue estimates, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and guiding ongoing enhancements. Prepare summaries of and circulate relevant research analyst reports among IR team and other commercial, finance, and research stakeholders. Take detailed notes on investor meetings and other events. Ensure IR team is appropriately prepared to communicate key messages associated with medical conferences, data publications and other events of interest to the investment community. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, pipeline, financial performance, competitive landscape, and financial markets to assist in representing our company's to the investment community. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
