KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Marketing Specialist you will: Lead and follow up processes related to Logistics, Marketing and Trade Marketing for the category assigned for Latin America. Follow up on price chains, portfolio and health registration processes for Latin America. Responsible for keeping the schedule of initiatives in the category and sample management. Plan, manage, and execute projects, while guiding and supporting the work of team members. Support and deliver effective marketing programs that will help our brand’s reputation and growth. Digital & In-store Activations Support. Lead CPS readiness and execution tracking of promo packs and initiatives. Steward of the business through budget tracking, PO creation and audits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
