Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:Plan, organize and achieve the outputs for each shift and reporting to the management any problems and issues that need interventions from the Company. Ensure safety and security of personnel and resources in achieving outputs and targets. Suggest improvements and changes from time to time to improve efficiency, performance, safety and quality of the products. Give new ideas and approaches to manage operations allotted Perform machine changeovers as per need and perform settings during product changeover. Ensure effective preventive machine maintenance to improve machine up time and minimize breakdowns. Maintain inventory, spares related to equipment Handle product as per respective BMR/BPR Facility maintenance and hygiene Comply with EHS, GMP and Quality norms DM plant Operation and Maintenance. Responsible for maintaining machine logs and documentation. Responsible for activities that may be assigned by superior time to time. Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of Equipment. The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
