NPI Engineering Technician

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Execute engineering tasks and provide technical support to the Process Engineering team. Participate in the development, adjustment, and optimization of medical device assembly processes. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including engineering builds and process validations. Execute and document equipment and process qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ). Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure process stability. Prepare protocols, technical reports, and required documentation for validations and process changes. Apply problem-solving methodologies and tools to improve performance, quality, and productivity. Provide support in quality investigations related to manufacturing processes. Qualifications: Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electronics, or a related technical field, or at least 50% completed coursework toward a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Materials Engineering, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a technician in manufacturing environments. Knowledge of process validation and technical documentation in regulated environments. Basic to intermediate English level (A2 or higher). Basic knowledge of data analysis and technical problem-solving. Experience in the medical device industry or regulated manufacturing. Basic knowledge of ERP systems or process monitoring software.
