Job Description SummaryThis position leads both manufacturing fulfillment engineering support and cross-functional project integration within Mammo. The role is responsible for ensuring production continuity, driving process improvements, resolving manufacturing issues, and delivering high-quality products to meet business and customer needs. As well as, ensuring seamless execution from product design to manufacturing delivery, driving production stability, resolving technical issues, and delivering projects on time, within scope, cost, and quality requirements. Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead engineering support for manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery and product quality Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues and field feedback Partner with design engineering to resolve manufacturability and technical challenges Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and smooth product transfer into manufacturing Own and drive continuous improvement initiatives on yield, cost, quality, and cycle time Collaborate with sourcing and suppliers to resolve technical and quality issues Ensure manufacturing processes comply with design intent and regulatory requirements Support change management processes including ECO implementation and validation activities Influence cross-functional teams to implement engineering and quality improvements Monitor key production metrics and deliver improvements to customer-focused KPIs Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
