DESCRIPTION: Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Administrative Services Coordinator II, where you'll contribute to operational excellence while upholding our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this office-based coordinator role, you will be responsible for daily inventory and inbound/receiving activities. You will spend the majority of your time working from your desk with ERP systems, email, and browsers to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure smooth operations through attention to detail and strong organizational skills. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Verify receipts against items, lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities to ensure accuracy Coordinate and distribute cycle counts and other inventory programs to warehouse teams Reconcile inventory data and process lower-level adjustments in the ERP system Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to appropriate teams for clarification and resolution Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor physical inventory activities and support inventory reconciliation efforts Process routine adjustments with appropriate approvals and hand off to the next phase Communicate with internal stakeholders to address inventory-related questions and issues Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and documentation requirements HOW YOU WILL GET HERE: HS Diploma or GED required 1 year of administrative experience in a professional environment Preferred Fields of Study: business, sciences, or related field Professional certifications in administrative services or relevant areas valued Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience with document control and records management Strong multitasking capabilities and time management skills Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines Experience with enterprise software systems preferred Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance beneficial Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally Flexibility to adjust work schedules as needed Additional language abilities valued We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus scheme, healthcare, company 401k, and a range of employee benefits! This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
