Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do: Drive BD workstreams including market landscaping, opportunity identification, partner evaluation, and pipeline tracking Build business cases and financial models to evaluate new opportunities Support deal execution, internal alignment, and documentation Coordinate with India, APAC, and global teams to ensure progress across BD initiatives Analyze market size, growth trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape Track emerging trends, adjacencies, and whitespace opportunities Synthesize insights into clear recommendations to support leadership decisions Support evaluation of new products, categories, and market entry opportunities Support development of India’s strategic priorities and growth roadmap through structured analysis and data-driven insights Work on high-impact projects across commercial, operational, and portfolio topics Translate strategy into actionable plans with defined milestones and measurable outcomes Track execution, manage dependencies, and highlight risks through disciplined project management What you need: 3–5 years of experience in analytics / commercial / management consulting or strategy roles. Experience in healthcare / med-tech / life sciences not mandatory MBA from a reputed business school preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to structure ambiguous problems and build data-driven insights Proficiency in Excel and comfort with modelling, data analysis, and structured frameworks Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines, track progress, and drive accountability across stakeholders Strong communication skills with ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations What Success Looks Like: High-quality, structured outputs with strong analytical depth and attention to detail Ability to independently drive workstreams with minimal supervision Strong stakeholder coordination and disciplined project execution Tangible contribution to growth initiatives and business decisions Travel Percentage: 30%
