About the Team About the Role Provide senior-level presales technical leadership to support the sale of complex enterprise software solutions using Workday Financials and related cloud technologies. Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to analyze business requirements and design advanced solution architectures that demonstrate the scalability, integration capability, and strategic value of Workday Financials products. Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept configurations for executive-level stakeholders. Serve as a subject matter expert to guide sales teams in defining solution strategy, scope, and positioning for complex or competitive opportunities. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Implementation organizations to influence roadmap priorities and ensure proposed solutions align with client and market needs. Provide technical consultation to clients on solution design, configuration options, and integration strategies. Telecommute is permitted from anywhere in the United States. Salary Range: $185,099 - $221,200 About You Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Principal, Solution Consultant-related occupation. Five years (60 months) of experience in conducting business process analysis for enterprise finance functions, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Banking, Fixed Assets, and Period Close; Five years (60 months) of experience in designing and presenting solution approaches, configurations, and proofs-of-concept to demonstrate product capabilities; Five years (60 months) of experience in delivering software demonstrations and presentations for business and technical audiences; Five years (60 months) of experience in applying financial accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and internal control concepts in solution design; Five years (60 months) of experience in preparing RFI/RFP responses and solution documentation aligned to customer requirements; Five years (60 months) of experience in explaining integration, reporting, and data flow concepts related to cloud-based financial systems; and Five years (60 months) of experience in collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Implementation teams to define scope and align proposed solutions with product strategy. Other Qualifications: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a Principal, Solution Consultant-related occupation. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
