Job description
Radiometer Turkey is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Tender & Compliance to take ownership of tender management and compliance activities across the Turkey business. This is a key role within Commercial Operations and Tender Management, supporting a high-volume and business-critical tender portfolio of approximately 200–220 tenders per year, representing around USD 16M in annual tender value. The role requires strong ownership, discipline, attention to detail and the ability to manage time-sensitive submissions under pressure. The successful candidate will act as the main point of ownership for end-to-end tender execution, local authority requirements, compliance documentation and cross-functional coordination with Commercial, Operations, Regulatory, Finance and external partners. This role is not limited to administrative support. It requires an experienced tender professional who can manage complex tender cycles independently, identify risks early, protect compliance and support the business in delivering accurate and timely submissions. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end tender management for Turkey, including tender review, timeline planning, bid preparation, coordination of required inputs, submission and post-submission follow-up. Manage a high annual tender workload of approximately 200–220 tenders, with strong focus on accuracy, deadlines, documentation quality and stakeholder follow-up. Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and relevant internal teams to confirm product registrations, licenses, declarations, certificates, product eligibility and tender-specific compliance requirements before submission. Manage local authority and compliance-related requirements, including ISG, TSE, District Health Directorate submissions, onboarding/offboarding requirements, FAN process support and related documentation follow-up. Coordinate with channel partners, dealers and distributors across domestic and international tender activity, including document support for Albania, Macedonia, Georgia and Kosovo when required. Work closely with Commercial, Sales, Service/Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Customer Service, Legal/Compliance and local leadership to ensure tender readiness and smooth execution. Maintain accurate tender records, dashboards, submission trackers, lessons learned and workload visibility for management review. Monitor tender seasonality, especially Q4 peak periods, and raise capacity, timeline or compliance risks early. Support continuous improvement of tender processes using DBS mindset, including reducing rework, improving planning and strengthening document control. Ensure all tender submissions, compliance documents and authority requirements are handled with strong integrity, accuracy and audit-ready discipline. Measures of SuccessAccurate and timely tender submissions with no missed deadlines. Clear ownership and follow-up of approximately 200–220 tenders per year. Reduced rework, escalation and last-minute gaps during peak tender periods. Product registration, license and compliance data verified before submission. Zero avoidable compliance gaps or non-compliance incidents. Authority requirements completed on time with clear documentation trail. Complete and accurate document packs provided to distributors, dealers and channel partners. Reliable tender dashboards, workload tracking, risk visibility and lessons learned. Improved tender cycle efficiency and stronger process discipline over time. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Legal/Compliance or a related discipline. Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in tender management, bid administration, commercial operations, regulatory coordination or a related healthcare / medical device environment. Strong understanding of public and private tender processes in Turkey. Experience managing multiple high-pressure tender submissions at the same time. Experience coordinating with Regulatory Affairs, local authorities, channel partners, distributors and internal cross-functional stakeholders. Strong document-control discipline, attention to detail and deadline management. Ability to work independently as the single point of ownership for tender execution. Good judgment to identify compliance risks, escalate early and balance commercial priorities with compliance requirements. Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare, life sciences or a regulated environment is highly preferred. Language SkillsFluent Turkish is required. Strong business English, written and spoken, is required. IT SkillsAdvanced MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP, CRM, document management systems and local e-tender or authority portals is preferred. Knowledge of EKAP or relevant Turkish public tender systems is highly preferred. Other Preferred KnowledgeLocal knowledge of ISG, TSE, District Health Directorate requirements, Turkish tender documentation and notarisation / translation workflows is highly preferred. Experience working with distributors, dealers, translation providers, notary providers and public/private healthcare tender authorities would be a strong advantage.
