The Component Operations Supply Chain IT team is at the forefront of transforming our supply chain through technology. We specialize in implementing and optimizing our Supply Chain ERP solution, a critical backbone for managing everything from procurement to delivery. Our expertise ensures seamless integration of processes, providing real-time visibility and control over our entire supply chain operations. We empower data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational agility. What You’ll Do: Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives across Oracle Fusion SCM applications, including Order Management and Shipping, Procurement and Receiving, Inventory Management, Global Trade Management, Manufacturing, and Quality. Translate business requirements into system design specifications, configurations, and integration needs. Guide module configurations, customizations, and extensions. Collaborate with development teams on integrations, extensions, reports, and overall technical solution design, testing, and deployment. Monitor and resolve production issues to ensure system stability, data integrity, and timely support Assess quarterly Oracle releases, enable relevant new features, and coordinate regression testing activities. undefined Minimum Qualifications. BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience of end-to-end Oracle supply chain processes 5+ years hands on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM cloud modulesProven experience in large-scale global Oracle SCM projects. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and executive levels Proficient with AI-supported coding tools and adopting an AI-first approach Preferred Qualifications Fluency in designing and developing AI enabled enterprise applications.
